Mantra Meditation to focus attention and cultivate awareness
Experience the power of the repetition of mantra as a form of meditation to focus attention and cultivate awareness. Each class is 1 hour long and will have a theme, however, you will be encouraged to set your own intention for your practice. Mantra meditation will be mostly silent using a mala with an optional short journaling exercise. We have mala beads for your use during class, or feel free to bring your own.
