Chef Len of I AM LEN'S KITCHEN is always creating something fresh and tantalizing in the kitchen and in February we collaborated and brought the Garden of Eating Series to the Alis Kitchen.

Former classes have included how to prepare Quinoa 3 Ways as well as how to transform that lovely brain food Cauliflower in the most delicious ways. We learned how to prepare these delicious super foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner….and have it never be boring! We kicked off our Arizona summer with light and lively stir fries and fresh salads.

In this next class, we're taking desserts to a healthy level, and Chef Len will be showing us out to create amazing Vegan Ice Cream treats.

Menu:

Sugar/Dairy Free Vanilla Ice Cream

Maple Vanilla Dream Drumstick Bites

Yoohoo Unicorn Vegan Ice Cream
