Chef Len of I AM LEN'S KITCHEN is always creating something fresh and tantalizing in the kitchen and Janet is passionate about the connection between nutrition and well-being, so in February we collaborated, and brought the first Garden of Eating Series to the Kitchen at Alis Living.

With food sensitivities on the rise, planning a holiday party with foods that everyone on your guest list can enjoy can seem daunting. If the thought of having to accommodate this new reality has you rethinking hosting the next party, join us for our Merry & Bright Small Bites Holiday Party foods everyone can enjoy workshop. Chef Len is going to show us how to put together and prepare a menu that is simple, and will have something everyone on your list can enjoy. Gluten Free options, Vegan options, Traditional Bites, Nut free, dairy free, sugar free options that will have your guests feeling the holiday love.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes, it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. 

  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 6 student
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
  • Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class

 

Len uses common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class
