Do You Know a Fabulous Personal Stylist?

When we first opened Alis Living two years ago, I knew that we would be collaborating with other brilliant women to bring their gifts and talents to our clients. Admittedly, I have had a rather steep learning curve in the organic fashion business, but I am so proud that we stuck to our guns, and of what we have done here at Alis. In reality, all I did was open the door...and the Divine took it from there. As though led by Spirit, Gina takes a group of women, who may or...

Creating with Ruby Mae Jewelry

"Courage doesn't mean you don't get afraid. Courage means you don't let fear stop you."

SOLD OUT! And another epic success. Wine, Women, and Whimsy Making was the theme of this creative jewelry making workshop facilitated by sweet Leah, uber talent behind Ruby Mae Jewelry. A part of our mission here at Alis Living is to provide opportunities for women to explore their creativity, to get to know themselves at a deeper level, and to connect with other women on this journey we call life. Taking time out for creative endeavors is indeed an act of courage. You must overcome feelings of guilt for not spending the time serving someone else, or being "more productive" in some other way. What we don't realize, is that allowing ourselves creative pursuit, we are actually exercising creative "muscles" that help us be more productive, and more joyful in our daily lives. That makes us more fun to be around, and sets a great example for our circles of influence.
